My son has been going to Choo Choo since he was a little over 2 years old when we moved to Berkhamsted. Our son’s been at Choo Choo almost a year now and he loves it there!! He has made great friends, is extremely comfortable there and has developed so much!! There’s a wonderful focus on each child’s need and how to get the best out of each child. The care at Choo Choo is simply amazing.

Both of our children went to the Choo Choo Train nursery when it was called Marlin. That’s the only thing that seems to have changed as we still know people who have their children there. It’s like a home from home and the staff are amazing. The balance of nurturing and learning is just right and the atmosphere inside is so happy and contented. As parents we couldn’t fault the care and genuine affection the staff have for all of the children.

My son has been going full time to Choo Choo train nursery (known before as “Marlin”) for almost a year. Before that, he was in a big nursery in London with outdoor space, so I was a bit apprehensive at first. Soon, I found what a great place this nursery is! I cannot be happier with our decision. It’s such a fantastic environment for children, very personalised for every kid’s needs. Everyone working there is super loving and caring and they do fun outings everyday.

Our daughter loved Choo Choo - she was very sad to leave after her year there. The staff are lovely and the set up is small, cosy and caring. Our daughter did LOTS of artwork there - and made a brilliant start at writing plus picking up and honing plenty of other skills. Our son has been going to Choo Choo Train (was known as Marlins when he first started there) for a year now and has been extremely happy there right from his first day. It provides him with a really good mix of interaction with a small group of children, all of whom he seems to have become great friends with, and fantastic support from the staff who seem really focussed on his individual development as well as being incredibly caring.
